The online store of the www.nossecermics.com site shall be governed under the terms and conditions here defined, which the Customer agrees to comply with.
Nosse Ceramics reserves the right to update or change all or part of the terms and conditions set out herein at any time, without prior notice.

2. PRICES AND PRODUCTS
The prices in the catalogue of the www.nosseceramics.com site are in Euros and include VAT at the legal rate in force at the time of acquisition, to which the delivery cost must be added.
The prices and product specifications contained in this website may be changed by Nosse Ceramics, without prior notice.

3. PLACING AN ORDER
The possibility of placing orders in the online store on the www.nosseceramics.com website is restricted to orders whose delivery and billing addresses are in mainland Portugal or in the Autonomous Regions of the Azores and Madeira. For information on delivery to other destinations, namely European Union countries, please contact us via email info@nosse.pt or using the form available on the website.
Orders for delivery to PO Boxes will not be accepted.
The products shown in the online catalogue are limited to existing stock. In case any item is unavailable, Nosse Ceramics will inform the Customer.
For some products, duly identified, the order may be limited to a certain number of copies.

4. DELIVERY OF THE ORDER AND SHIPPING COSTS
We reinforced hygiene and safety measures in the entire order packaging process.

All orders confirmed by Nosse Ceramics will be delivered to the address specified by the Customer for delivering the order.

Home delivery:

After order confirmation the Customer will receive:

– A first email and SMS informing you that your order has already been picked up by the carrier at our facilities. In the same email you can check the tracking number (to track the order) and will also be provided with a link that allows you to change the address and delivery date (change of delivery charged by the carrier).

– A second email and SMS informing you that your order has gone out for distribution and includes information on the date and period of delivery. In the same email you can consult the tracking number and a link will also be provided that allows for changing address and delivery date (change of delivery charged by the carrier).

The shipping costs associated with each order are calculated according to the following table:

It is up to the Customer to check the quantity and condition of the goods upon delivery. 

5. TIME OF DELIVERY
Due to COVID-19 the delivery dates might be expanded.

The shipment of orders is only made by our services after confirmation of the respective payment.

If the Customer wants to send orders to more than one address, he must carry out separate purchase processes. In this case, each order has an associated shipping cost.

The delivery term after expedition is 3 to 5 working days for Mainland Portugal and 6 to 14 working days for the Autonomous Regions.

In case the same order includes items subject to different delivery periods, the delivery period for the whole order will be that of the item with the longest delivery period.

In case we run out of stock, the Customer will be contacted by email about the new expected delivery date and he/she will decide whether to maintain or cancel the order.

If the customer chooses to cancel the order, Nosse Ceramics undertakes to refund the customer in the amount paid, within about 30 days from the date of knowledge of this unavailability.

6. PAYMENT METHODS
Nosse Ceramics offers the Customer the following payment methods: ATM reference, MBway, PayPal or credit card (Visa; MasterCard).

In case of PayPal payment, you can pay in a fast and secure way with your PayPal account or your credit card, without exchanging financial information with the current website.

In case of MBway payment, the payment confirmation will be available for five minutes in the app of your mobile. If the payment is not confirmed within this period, the order will be automatically cancelled.

In the case of credit card payments, the debit will be made immediately after the registration of the order.

All transactions are carried out in Euros, encrypted and 100% secure.

7. CANCELLING THE ORDER
The customer may cancel the order, provided that it has not yet been processed by Nosse Ceramics. The cancellation of the order may be formalized by an email sent to the address info@nosse.pt or using the form available on the website.
The Customer must mention the order number and his tax identification number, under penalty of ineffectiveness of the cancellation.

8. REFUSAL OF THE ORDER
Nosse Ceramics reserves the right to refuse the order, in which case it will inform the Customer, given the following cases:
a) Out of stock;
b) Unavailability of the item;
c) If Nosse Ceramics considers that there has been misconduct by the buyer or inaccuracies in the personal data recorded.

9. RETURNS
The customer may return the product within 14 days of receiving it. Within that same period the customer may file a complaint about any defects or inadequacy of the product compared to what was ordered, being the responsibility of Nosse Ceramics.

For this purpose, the complaint should be made by email sent to the address nosse@nosse.pt. In the complaint, the Customer shall expressly indicate the reasons for his complaint and always mention the order number and his tax identification number.

The support team of the www.nosseceramcis.com website will coordinate with the Customer how to proceed with the return of the goods, if justifiable, in which case Nosse Ceramics will assume the costs of the return and of a new shipment.

In situations where the reasons for the return are not attributable to Nosse Ceramics, the return will be accepted after checking if the pieces returned and their packaging are in good condition, followed by a refund of the amount paid by the Customer, minus the delivery costs (even if these have been assumed by Nosse Ceramics) and the cost of return shipping, as per the values defined in section 4 of this document. Consequently, Nosse Ceramics reserves the right to not accept returns of products without prior notice, as mentioned above, and which do not meet the same conditions of conformity as they did on the date of their delivery to the Buyer (namely products that have undergone any use, transformation, damage and/or are missing the original packaging/accessories/extras).

10. LIMITATION OF THE LIABILITY
We make every effort to ensure that the information presented is free of typographical errors and whenever they occur, we proceed with their correction as soon as possible. In case the information provided does not match the characteristics of the product, the Customer has the right to return it in accordance with section 10.

The photographs presented on the website are merely illustrative. We recommend that you consult the product characteristics for detailed information.

Despite the efforts of Nosse Ceramics, some products may have an incorrect price, therefore we also check the prices when processing orders. If the price of the product is less than the advertised price, we will refund the difference. If the price is higher, we will inform the customer by email and await his decision as to whether or not he accepts the new price or if he wishes to cancel the order.

11. REGISTRATION AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
When registering to use this website, we will ask the Customer to create a password. The Customer should keep it strictly confidential, not revealing nor sharing it with third parties. The Customer is entirely and exclusively responsible for the use of his password and any orders placed by using it, even without his knowledge.

In the case of registered Customers, we will collect the information required to carry out the whole sales transaction online and for future contacts that may be necessary so as to ensure the best customer service.

The Customer assures that the personal data provided are true and accurate and undertakes to notify any changes. Any loss or damage caused to the online store or a third party resulting from incorrect inaccurate or incomplete information on the registration forms will be the sole responsibility of the Customer.

The services provided by Nosse Ceramics will always respect the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, therefore, the sole purpose of Nosse Ceramics regarding the Customer’s personal data is the customer’s account management, billing, communication with customers, statistical analysis and direct marketing, assuming the commitment to privacy and security in the processing of personal data of each customer.

12. CONSUMER CONFLICTS ARBITRATION CENTRE
Complaints must be communicated in writing via email info@nosse.pt. Nosse Ceramics objective is to resolve complaints taking into account customer satisfaction. In the event of a dispute, the customer can use the Online Dispute Resolution website, an official website, managed by the European Commission with the aim of helping consumers and traders to resolve their disputes outside the courts.

The parties agree that any dispute arising from the interpretation and/or application of these Terms and Conditions, whose amicable settlement is not reached, will be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of the headquarters of the Nosse Ceramics, with express waiver to any other.
